How to Make a Rhinestone Pinecone
This post gives directions for helping little ones make rhinestone pinecone crafts, but all ages can make them for many purposes. We have made them into pinecone Christmas ornaments and used them in our winter fairy garden.
Making rhinestone pine cones is a great fine motor activity for kids and adults. Placing rhinestone stickers on pinecones can help develop the fine motor muscles in the hand to build or maintain strength and prepare for writing.
Please note: The self-adhesive rhinestones are small and can be a choking hazard to the little ones. Make sure your child is mature enough to handle small parts before offering this fine motor craft.
